The whole purpose of covenant is relationship. Out of relationship, blessings would be transmitted.   Abraham would transmit his blessings from God to Isaac. Isaac would then transmit his blessings to his son, etc. One of my favorite passages is Genesis 49.  This is where Jacob pronounces prophetic blessings over his children.  A father or mother’s life is meant to be the means for transmitting what has been given and entrusted to them on to their children. Grief would come into a bloodline if these blessings were not stewarded properly.  

There is a great power in blessing. There is more power when a child receives the blessing and wears that as his/her destiny. The patriarchs and their wives dedicated their lives entirely to serving the Lord. Their whole lives were dedicated to do the will of the One who had called them. Our blessings are always tested. The more we are faithful in the tests, the more the Lord trusts us with more blessing and responsibility. In Luke 16:10, Jesus communicated this principle to us this way: “He who is faithful in a very little [thing] is faithful also in much, and he who is dishonest and unjust in a very little [thing] is dishonest and unjust also in much (AMP).”  

The moment a child resists those blessings, they are stopped or defiled in the entire bloodline ahead for three or four generations, until the rejection of the blessing is reconciled through repentance. This is how lack enters a bloodline. The enemy finds ways to create this break in the blessing cycle, and creates much warfare and hurt in the lives of individuals and entire families. Remember this as we enter the week ahead.  

If you are in lack then ask the Lord to help you review your life to see if there is an area in which you are not being faithful to your relationships, assignments, and most importantly, to Him. Correct that and be faithful in everything you put your hand to do. In this way, He will be able to give you more and more. The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom. We must enjoy but take life seriously. Each one of us has an important role in seeing the redemptive plan of God manifest in the earth.

Dear Radiant Saints:

We are entering a time of needed revelation. I hope you have gleaned from the last two devotional series. During these next couple of weeks in our devotions, I will be using revelatory insights from those that work here on your behalf at Glory of Zion. This will allow you to get to know them and see how each one of us process what God is saying to us. We are in a season of the Holy Spirit pouring out dreams, giving visions, and causing us to SEE! The Seer Gift must be activated in us in a new way. Dream revelation is very important.

Once a month we give our best to the Lord. The Rosh Chodesh monthly feast is very important to understand so we continue moving forward and remain healthy and whole and have full barns (Proverbs 3:5-10). Therefore, Saturday night we will have our Firstfruits Celebration for the Hebraic month of Kislev.  Biblically, this is a month to develop your warfare strategies and have prophetic revelation for war.  In this time to fight, we must enter in to a new level of trust and rest. There is no registration needed to join us on Saturday evening, in person or by webcast. 

Proverbs 3:3-13 says: “Let not mercy and kindness [shutting out all hatred and selfishness] and truth [shutting out all deliberate hypocrisy or falsehood] forsake you; bind them about your neck, write them upon the tablet of your heart. [Col 3:9-12.] So shall you find favor, good understanding, and high esteem in the sight [or judgment] of God and man. [Luke 2:52.] Lean on, trust in, and be confident in the Lord with all your heart and mind and do not rely on your own insight or understanding. In all your ways know, recognize, and acknowledge Him, and He will direct and make straight and plain your paths. Be not wise in your own eyes; reverently fear and worship the Lord and turn [entirely] away from evil. [Prov. 8:13.] It shall be health to your nerves and sinews, and marrow and moistening to your bones. Honor the Lord with your capital and sufficiency [from righteous labors] and with the firstfruits of all your income; [Deut 26:2; Mal 3:10; Luke 14:13,14.] So shall your storage places be filled with plenty, and your vats shall be overflowing with new wine. [Deut 28:8.] My son, do not despise or shrink from the chastening of the Lord [His correction by punishment or by subjection to suffering or trial]; neither be weary of or impatient about or loathe or abhor His reproof, [Ps 94:12; Heb 12:5,6; Rev 3:19.] For whom the Lord loves He corrects, even as a father corrects the son in whom he delights. Happy (blessed, fortunate, enviable) is the man who finds skillful and godly Wisdom, and the man who gets understanding [drawing it forth from God's Word and life's experiences] (AMP).”

When thinking about the season ahead, I see us grabbing hold of the Lord, hanging on and moving forward. We just initiated a new room here called The Momentum Room.  That room is for strategic meetings on how to advance and possess the land. Once we move into Phase two of advancing into this season, I do not believe we can look back, we must just hold on until we get to our THERE.

Heidi DeHart, one of the Children’s pastors, came to work today and shared with me the following: “My family watched The Black Stallion this week. As Alec was learning to race, Mickey Rooney's character told him to get a good hold of the Black's mane so that when the starting gate opened in the race, he wouldn't be left sitting in mid-air. That picture of the sudden momentum at the starting bell is what I was thinking about during our time in the Momentum room. We don't want to be caught sitting in mid-air when the Lord opens those starting gates on the next phase of our move with Him.”   

Luke 9:57-62 says, “Now it happened as they journeyed on the road, that someone said to Him, "Lord, I will follow You wherever You go. And Jesus said to him, "Foxes have holes and birds of the air have nests, but the Son of Man has nowhere to lay His head." Then He said to another, "Follow Me.” But he said, "Lord, let me first go and bury my father. Jesus said to him, "Let the dead bury their own dead, but you go and preach the kingdom of God. And another also said, "Lord, I will follow You, but let me first go and bid them farewell who are at my house. But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God." (NKJV)  

In the Message Bible, Verse 62 reads this way, “Jesus said, ‘No procrastination. No backward looks. You can't put God's kingdom off till tomorrow. Seize the day.’”

I had several great insights this past weekend. First of all, let me be honest by saying I have gone and pushed a little much the last month (Some would say the last year or so, but I have a high drive so most of the time, I am OK). However, when I get out of God’s order of timing, He gently nudges me by touching me physically. Then His nudge becomes a slight push. His push becomes hard enough that I have to lie down before falling.  I have had three migraines in the last 10 days because of little sleep and several writing projects. Therefore, Sunday I pulled aside. This was a good day. I felt much spiritual activity. The Lord’s message began to speak to me.

1. How we must have a strategy to gain Momentum and not lose any Strength as we advance into the future.
2. How the enemy is working to change times, but the Lord is allowing him to overplay his hand.
3. The importance of the Five Apostolic Gifts being aligned properly for the Future. Also, the Lord showed me what will happen when one gift is weaker than the others.
4. The Power of Thanksgiving.
5. There is a time for ground warfare that must be coordinated offensively.  If we move in the air war of time, the enemy can block our progress.
6. How the poverty spirit really works.
7. Gaining the Building plans for our future.

I sense angels bringing messages. They are the key for our understanding in days ahead.  The strange suspicion of the past over angels must leave us as we enter into this next season. Angels are not those cute, little cherubs that we see at Christmas time. They are majestic Hosts that are called to war with us for the manifestation of God’s will in the earth. Yes, there are fallen angels that we must recognize this season and discern. However, we must learn how this level of communication has entered into the earth realm in which we live.

I am asking the Lord to send the Hosts of Heaven to aid us at every turn this season.  The Saints will triumph. We have Hosts that are being sent to lead us into Triumph.

I hope you have enjoyed these 21 Days. During this time, I believe we have entered into a new realm of spiritual understanding. I sense a portal has developed over our lives and our territory. In days ahead, guard and protect that portal through your communion. Be sure you interact and honor Holy Spirit as He leads you to Jesus at the right hand of Father and gives you access to Throne Room revelation. Go back through the year ahead and do this 21 Days again.

Acts 5:13-20 is a passage of Scripture that was historical.   However, we must remember the Lord is the same, “yesterday, today, and forever.”  Therefore, this portion of Scripture that you see is beginning to manifest again today. This is the Now time for angelic interaction to begin again and God’s people to stand in unusual places and be bold to share His Good News. 

“And none of those who were not of their number dared to join and associate with them, but the people held them in high regard and praised and made much of them. More and more there were being added to the Lord those who believed [those who acknowledged Jesus as their Savior and devoted themselves to Him joined and gathered with them], crowds both of men and of women, so that they [even] kept carrying out the sick into the streets and placing them on couches and sleeping pads, [in the hope] that as Peter passed by, at least his shadow might fall on some of them. And the people gathered also from the towns and hamlets around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those troubled with foul spirits, and they were all cured. But the high priest rose up and all who were his supporters, that is, the party of the Sadducees, and being filled with jealousy and indignation and rage, they seized and arrested the apostles (special messengers) and put them in the public jail. But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and, leading them out, said, ‘Go, take your stand in the temple courts and declare to the people the whole doctrine concerning this Life (the eternal life which Christ revealed).’” 

The acts of angels and mankind, as they work together, can confound many. There is a new anointing coming upon God’s children during this season. This anointing will cause unusual miracles to occur. The anointing in you will permeate your atmosphere and cause those that walk under your shadow to experience change. This power will cause the world to say, “What happened.”  When an attempt to stop this power occurs by government or religion, we will see angels open up unusual ways of escape. This is not a time of putting our faith under a bushel, but taking a stand for our faith. Angels will bring us out into the open as we stand and proclaim more Good News. Break the power of insecurity and ask for boldness. Be bold! Angels are being assigned to assist you in the place the Lord is asking you to stand.

For the Devotion today Read Genesis 22

Now let’s look at your faith that is being tested. Through life we have many tests. We have tests related to leaving and following. We have tests surrounding relationships. We have tests surrounding fortunes. In some of our tests we get out of time like Abraham and Sarah did when they felt compelled to produce a child through Sarah’s handmaiden Hagar. He passed the hospitality test when he hosted the three angels that announced Sarah’s pregnancy to come. 

Abraham had many tests, but none like the one when the Lord told him to sacrifice his only son, Isaac on Mount Moriah. This was the ultimate worship test. He left for a three day journey. He climbed the mountain. He ordered the sacrifice wood for fire. He bound the sacrifice, Isaac. There was nothing for Abraham to rely upon in this test except the faith and knowledge of the God that had been leading him through the other trials and testings of his life. He would have to trust God to send help and provision, because God had always provided when he waited for him to come. However, he would have to proceed as instructed, trust, and watch. He would have to go to a new place of worship. 

He lifted the knife. Then God sent help. The Angel yelled and got Abraham’s attention so he could see the provision of God that had been there all along. God provides when you are at the right place at the right time and listening for His message. When we obey His instructions, provision comes. God is never late. He sent His grace and provision in time of need. Our Father, Who art in Heaven, came!  Hallowed be your name! He came as Jehovah-jireh" — "The Lord will see to it" or "The Lord will be seen."  

Your assignment might be testing you greatly at this time. However, that is where you will hear the Angel speak and See the Lord in a new way and receive His provision. You will see the Lord provided for you in a new way.

When looking at Angelic Interaction, Daniel 6:16-22 is an account to read.  “Then the king commanded, and Daniel was brought and cast into the den of lions. The king said to Daniel, May your God, Whom you are serving continually, deliver you! [Ps 34:7,19; 37:39,40; 50:15.] …Then the king went to his palace and passed the night fasting…then the king arose very early in the morning and went in haste to the den of lions…The king said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is your God, Whom you serve continually, able to deliver you from the lions? Then Daniel said to the king, O king, live forever! My God has sent His angel and has shut the lions' mouths so that they have not hurt me, because I was found innocent and blameless before Him; and also before you, O king, [as you very well know] I have done no harm or wrong. [2 Tim 4:17.]” 

^{In the world we live in today, we find many who are asking “Is God able”… Just as with Daniel, He revealed that He could send an angel to stop the false accusations that were being levied against them. If you are in a place of trial and you feel you were not at fault, let God justify your actions. He can send an angel to shut the mouth of those that are speaking against you.}
